THOUGHTS ON THE FUTURE OF THE ROYAL REGIMENT OF AUSTRALIAN ARTILLERY

The paper “Australian Artillery After Afghanistan” is the result of the CI at the School of Artillery asking his IG’s what are the opportunities for gunners after the Afghanistan conflict.

The paper has a number of useful indicators for the RNZA about losing one’s way; and, the development and integration of core gunner skills around offensive support, surveillance and target acquisition, air-land integration in the battle space, and joint fires, in order to see a way to the future.

The article is recommended reading for all gunners, present and past.
