Finding out more about the young Frank Lupo - Can you help?

From Glenn Lupo:

I my name is Glenn Lupo.   I'm writing to see if any one can assist me with finding out information about my father's life in the  service ?.

I have received his army records  but as we all know they are rather cold and to the point .  

I contact you in the hope that some one can tell me more about the man behind the uniform ?????   The man we as a family knew and loved - the man we called Dad , grandad and poppa .   To us dad was a  quiet man who didn't speak much of his time in the service, nor of his time overseas in South East Asia .  The man we knew was a kind loving generous man but there was this part of him which he hid like most servicemen and women soon returning from Vietnam .  

Please if there is any one who can fill in the blanks for us we would be grateful  , we would just like to find out more about the young Frank Lupo.
