Dates;        21-23 Oct 16 (Labour weekend).

Outline Programme;     Fri 21 Oct Happy Hour, Sat 22 Oct am AGM, pm Activity tba, evening semi-formal dinner, Sun 23 Oct am Service.

Notes; Maximum participation to be encouraged from 11/4 Bty.  Range of possible activities for Sat pm to be identified.  Ladies morning tea at same time as AGM.
