Progam and Costs.

Reunion Registration Fee. $10 per person for all Reunion weekend attendees.

Friday 18th October

Registration and Meet & Greet gathering.

From 5pm - Hamilton Workingmen’s Club. 45
Commerce St Hamilton, Conservatory Function room. Meals/Food and drinks available in club
Restaurant/bar at own cost.

Saturday 19th October

AGM. 9am – Hamilton Workingmen’s Club. Conservatory Function room. Morning Tea provided.

Afternoon activity. Your chance to visit the new Waikato Artillery Museum near Morrinsville,
set up by a dedicated band of Waikato Gunners - including Free Bus. Only $10.00 per person.
Limited seat numbers available on free bus (48 seats) for those who register for bus first.
(timings approx.)

12.30 pm - Depart on free bus transport from outside Workingmens Club.

1.15 pm - Museum tour.

3 pm - Return to Hamilton

Semi-Formal Dinner: Multi selection buffet style dinner.

5.30 - 6pm – Assemble for Pre-dinner drinks, Hamilton Workingmen’s Club. Conservatory
Function room. Drinks at own cost from club bar.

6.45pm –Dinner. Cost $65 per person including Port with dinner for toasts. Other drinks during
and after dinner at own cost from bar.

9.30pm - Post dinner socialising.

Dress: Gents – Tie, jacket or Mess Kit. Ladies, semi-formal or Mess Kit. With medals /miniatures.

Sunday 20th October

Memorial Service
10am – Memorial Park, 52 Memorial Dr - Hamilton East.
11am – Depart for home locations for those who need to depart.
For those who wish to, join together to go to Lunch before heading home (own cost). TBA
