Updated: Outline of 16 Fd Regt major activities for 2015

The "OTHER" acty’s are the ones that the Assn members are welcome to attend.   The Regt will get more detail out to you closer to the time. Ones in bold have specific RNZA input.

The List of Exercises.

Ex Hellfire 1-15 May (SOA run Ex) School of Artillery run ex in support of the following courses JFT commander cse, young Officer cse recce phase.

Ex Brimstone 8-26 Jun (SOA run Ex) School of Artillery run ex in support of the following courses Young Officer cse, Gun Position Officers cse and the Weapons Bdr cse.

Ex Ben Cat 3-14 Aug (ARTEPS Scheduled Assn visit 8 Aug) 163  Bty will be on this ex being tested in all things artillery.

Ex Jasco Black 15/2 24 Aug-24 Sept ( 161 led ex with USMC involvement in Waiouru) 161 Bty will host a number of USMC pers  this will be combined with Ex Sari Bair and Ex Phantom Major.

Ex SARI BAIR (16 Fd Led Combined arms Ex in Waiouru) 16 fd led Battle handling exercise a combined arms activity involving 2/1 Bn, QAMR, 2 Engr Regt.
