Why not celebrate Gunners Day a little differently this year

We have some opportunities for you to do this:

Australia - with the Australian Artillery Association, hosted by our good friend Kim McGrath.

This is to be held at The Event Centre in Caloundra, on the Sunshine Coast, Australia on Saturday 27 May 2017.
it will take the form of a Dinner Dance with live entertainment starting at 5.00pm and running until 12 midnight.
All travel arrangements for this trip are by "own arrangements".

Rarotonga - An Island style Gunners dinner is to be held in Rarotonga and will be hosted by Denis Dwane and his committee at the RSA.

Numbers are strictly limited to 30 due to the size of the venue.  The cost of the Dinner is yet to be determined.

A Group travel booking to attend this event has been made with Helloworld in Rotorua for 20 peers.  This booking has allowed us to take up on some good deals with some flexibility.
Your Tour organisers are Bernie McCort and Jack Mills.

We will depart Auckland on 24 May 17 and return Monday 29 May 17.  The package includes Flights ( seat & bag only), five nights accommodation at the Edgewater Resort (daily Tropical breakfast included) and transfers from the Airpot to the accommodation and return.
Travel Insurance is not included in the price but is available through Helloworld, Rotorua.

The cost is $1395.00 per person on a Twin share basis.

A deposit of $200.00 per person is required NO LATER THAN wednesday 8 February to confirm your travel. This deposit is non refundable unless a replacement can be found in the unlikely event that you need to pull out.

However, it would be advisable, to secure your place that you pay the deposit at the time of booking, as the seats are filling fast.

Full balance of payment is due before Friday 10 March 2017.

All payments can be made to the Royal New Zealand Artillery Association - Gunners Day Rarotonga Account; Kiwibank 38-9007-0694501-03 stating Name in the reference.

Any additional activities and meals are at your own cost.

Christchurch -  A Gunners Day Dinner is to be held on Friday 26 May at Trenches Restaurant and Bar ( the new RSA) to be hosted by Skin Frances.

All Gunners, partners and Gunner associates are invited.
