It is with regret I advise that Eric Sorenson has marched off to the Gunpark in the Sky. Eric passed away peacefully at Marire Rest Home, Stratford, on Tuesday 16th January 2018. Aged 97 years.

Rest in Peace Eric. Thank you for your service.

They shall grow not old as we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
