It is with regret I advise that Ray Gempton has marched off to the Gunpark in the Sky. Ray passed away on Sunday 26 May 2019 in hospital, aged 96.

Hi all Canterbury Gunners. Celebrations for Gunners will be held at the Christchurch Memorial RSA from 1130 on Sunday 26 May.
All Gunners, family (young and old) and friends are invited to attend.
Greetings fellow Gunners - Veterans Affairs will be running an EXPO at AUT Manukau on 25 May. This follows on from the very successful EXPO done in Christchurch a few months ago.
This is all about support, so it is important family, support people and whanau are involved.
It is with regret I advise that Pat Killalea has marched off to the Gunpark in the Sky. Pat passed away suddenly at home surrounded by family on Sunday 5 May 2019 in Auckland, aged 72.

It is with regret I advise that Kelly Byrne has marched off to the Gunpark in the Sky. Kelly passed away on 16th March 2019 at Parapara, and is now at peace after a long illness.
It is with regret I advise that Boyne Henderson has marched off to the Gunpark in the Sky. Boyne passed away peacefully on 7 March 2019 at Waikato Hospital aged 88 years.

Good morning all,
Applications for this award are now flowing in steadily. Those who want the insignia couriered to them without any parade are encouraged to note that on the application form.
We now have confirmed details for the UGC parade to be held at 16th Field Regiment, Linton Military Camp; Friday 5 April 1300hrs.
We look forward to seeing as many ex 161 Battery personnel along to support as possible
